These terms explain how DrawCoach and its subscriptions work. DrawCoach is operated by Simon Day.

Using DrawCoach

Your use of the iOS app is covered by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. The information below explains DrawCoach’s service and subscription arrangements alongside that license. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law.

Use DrawCoach lawfully and only upload photos or other material you have the right to use. Do not use the app to create illegal or abusive content, bypass usage limits, interfere with the service or redistribute its library as your own collection. Parents or guardians should supervise children and approve purchases.

Pro subscriptions and trials

DrawCoach Pro is available as an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription. Your paywall and Apple’s purchase confirmation show the price, currency, billing period and any trial offered to you before you agree to purchase. Availability and offers can vary by country and eligibility.

When offered to an eligible subscriber, the annual plan includes a seven-day free trial. The monthly plan has no free trial. A trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before it ends. Apple determines trial eligibility.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing period or trial. You can manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings under your Apple Account, or through Apple’s subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Use Restore purchases in the app if you need to restore Pro on a device signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase. Refund requests are handled through Apple’s refund service, subject to Apple’s rules and your statutory rights. After cancellation, paid access normally continues until the end of the paid period; trial access may end earlier under Apple’s terms.

AI credits

Pro currently includes 100 AI credits per calendar month, resetting at midnight UTC on the first day of the month. A generated picture uses 1 credit, photo conversion uses 5, and conversion with background removal uses 15. One conversion includes all three detail previews. Credits do not roll over. Free samples used in the same month count toward that allowance if you upgrade. A maximum of 40 requests per tool per day also applies, within the credit balance. Lessons and local tracing use no AI credits. Confirmed failed jobs return customer credits; interrupted jobs may require settlement. Service capacity limits also apply. The app displays the current allowance and the latest verified balance.

Features, limits and changes

Online conversion and image generation need an internet connection and are subject to daily and monthly usage limits, device verification, and service capacity limits. Pro does not promise unlimited generation. Features, library content, prices and free allowances may change. The app and purchase screen describe what is included when you subscribe. We will communicate material changes as required by law and honour applicable rights relating to an existing paid subscription. No feature is promised to remain free indefinitely.

Your pictures and generated results

You keep the rights you already hold in the images and text you provide. You allow us and our service providers to process that content to carry out your request, as explained in our privacy policy.

Generated images and converted outlines may contain mistakes, unwanted details or similarities to other work. Review a result before using or sharing it. We do not guarantee that generated content is unique or free of third-party rights. Buying Pro does not transfer ownership of DrawCoach’s software or library artwork, or give you rights to someone else’s material.

Drawing safely and saving your work

Use a stable phone support and keep your workspace clear. Camera and AR overlays are drawing aids; tracking can shift or fail with movement, poor lighting or an obscured camera. Check alignment before continuing your drawing. Save or export work you want to keep. DrawCoach does not provide cloud backup of your sketchbook.

Availability and your rights

We aim to keep DrawCoach working reliably, but online services may be interrupted and not every device supports every feature. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to faulty digital content.

If you stop using the app, remember to cancel any subscription separately. Contact us if something is wrong so we can try to put it right.
